Roasted Red Pepper Mahi Crunch

Ingredients
Mahi Mahi SteakTortilla Chips (crushed up)Powdered GarlicSeasoning Salt
Directions
Place the Mahi Mahi in a shallow tuperware container with the dressing and allow to marinate for 30 min or longer if desired. Mix spices and Tortilla Chips together and roll fish in mixture. Place in 400 degree oven for 15-20 min or until fish is tender and flaky. Makes 1 6 oz portion. Great for the Alli diet plan. I ate mine with green beans and a small baked potatoe.
