Low Fat and low calorie pumplin cookies

Ingredients
Flour, white, 1.5 cup(remove)Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1 cup(remove)Baking Soda, 1 tsp(remove)Baking Powder, 1 tsp(remove)Salt, .5 tsp(remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp(remove)Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp(remove)Pumpkin Pie spice, .5 tsp(remove)*Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 72 tsp(remove)I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 4 serving(remove)Yogurt, plain, low fat, .25 cup (8 fl oz)(remove)Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 cup(remove)Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .15 cup(remove)Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp(remove)
Directions
Mix up to the nutmeg together and put aside. mix the butter,egg, yogurt and splenda. Once mixed add the pumpkin. Combine your wet and dry mixture. Beat for a few minutes. Spoon onto baking sheet and flatten a litle with a fork. Bake for 15- 20 mins at 350.
