Crockpot Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef4 red peppers( washed, hulled and frozen overnight)1 cup brown rice1 onion chopped1 24 ounce jar Classico Zesty Tomato & Basil Saucesaltpepper
Directions
Mix beef, onion, salt, pepper and rice together. Add 1/2 cup of the sauce to mixture. Stuff the peppers. Place in slow cooker and cover with the remaining sauce. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.

Serving Size: makes 4 stuffed peppers
