Ingredients
four tbsp evoofive cloves garlicred pepper flakesone zucchini sliced two carrots slicedone large onion, dicedone bag frozed diced green beanstwo cans small red kidney beans28oz crushed tomatoesone box (4c) veggie brothadd evoo, slivered garlic and red pepper flakes to bottom of large soup potlet sit in cold pot for 10 minutesturn heat on under pot, once you can smell the garlic add onion, zucchini and carrotslet that cook over med heat for 5-6 minutesadd green beans, kidney beans, tomatoes and broth bring to boil, then lower heat and simmer 30-40 minutes.
