Low fat Moist Banana Muffins

Ingredients
4 small ripe bananas1 egg4 tbsp ground flax seed1 1/4 cup white flour1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar blend1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/8 tsp ground cloves (optional)1/8 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place cupcake papers in muffin tin.

Mash bananas in bowl.
Add remaining ingredients; mix just til blended.
Pour equal amounts into each muffin liner.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
