Overnight Slow Cooked Pumpki Pie Oats

Ingredients
1 cup steel cut oats3 cups water1 cup canned pumpkin puree1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/4 teaspoon salt2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spiceoptional: 1/2 cup sugar free honey (will change nutrition content) or a couple teaspoons vanilla liquid stevia (to taste)
Directions
Combine all of your ingredient to your slowcooker (before bed), cook 8 hours on low (or warm if your slowcooker runs hot) and EJOY!
