Sugar free apple pie

Ingredients
4 C. sliced apples1/2 C. apple juice concentrate1 1/2 -2 tsp. tapioca, cornstarch or flour1 tsp. cinnamon, nutmeg, or apple pie spice2 pie shells
Directions
Toss all the filling ingredients together. Put in pie shell and top with another crust. Seal edges and cut slits in top. Bake at 450 for 10-15 min. then bake st 325 for 35-45 min. Makes 8-12 servings
