Peppered Country Sausage Gravy & Biscuits... Kentucky style...

Ingredients
4 frozen biscuits, baked 4 mild sausage patties browned1/4c flour (a handful or so)1 1/2 cups 1% milkwaterSalt n pepperdont forget the fresh tomato diced on the side....(not calculated)

take sausage out of yer pan when its done, throw it in a bowl, and crumble it when its cooled a lil.
add yer flour to that sausage grease in yer pan, stir real good on med/high.
this is where i load it down with black pepper...i dont think its possible to have too much...
when it gets ta brownin add yer milk a lil at a time. dont stop stirring with yer whisk. add crumbled sausage. if ya need ta add a lil water to get right thats alright. turn it down a lil ta med/low heat add yer salt. (easy ta add too much salt, less is more fer now) simmer it fer a while till its bubbly, use that whisk sometimes too...

serve 3/4 cup gravy over 1 1/2 warm biscuits...give or take.... recipe measurements are guestimated...heh... add more pepper....

oh! and as an extra!! throw some salt n peppered diced red ripe tomato on the side of your plate....it is sooo freakin good with this...!!!!!
