Sweet/Sour Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
Ingredients:Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz (remove) Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, chopped (remove) Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) Canned Tomatoes, 1 can (remove) Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove) Brown Sugar, 8 tsp packed (remove) Campbell's low sodium chicken broth, 2 cup (remove) Campbell's Healthy Request, Tomato Soup, 1 cup
Directions
Brown ground beef and onions. Put in cabbage and cook down until wilted. Add tomatoes, soup and broth, stir. Add pepper and salt to taste. Add brown sugar and lemon juice (to taste, for a good sweet/sour balance). Always better on the second day!

Serving Size: Makes 8 1/2 cup servings.
