I'll answer the questions about this recipe as I have been making this for years. The jello is the small sized box (0.30 oz). You mix the dry powder with the cool whip. Be sure to drain the pineapple well, then fold it into the cool whip. I also fold in cottage cheese (a small tub) for protein. - 12/14/09

I use White Chocolate pudding mix and less pinapple (tidbits) and add mandarin oranges. So yummy! - 3/26/10

I also make this recipe by adding lowfat cottage cheese, which gives you some protein. Great dessert! - 6/16/09

How about giving us some amounts, and answering this persons questions about your recipe? I agree that this site does have some incomplete recipes, however you also have to realize that we are all human lol.. So if you have questions as I do, why not email her on sparkpeople? - 5/11/08

I am so CONFUSED. Why are these recipes marked 5 star when they do not give all the instructions and some not even the amounts? Do you cook the jello first or put in the powder. Is this a large box or a small box? About ready to look else where for recipes until this site can get it together. - 4/6/08

EXCELLENT!!!! I used sugarfree instant creamcheese pudding mix. Also added 24 oz. fat free plain yogurt and 1 can drained mandarian oranges. Let chill ( if you can) - 4/1/08

I've made this too, but I also put a couple cups of yogurt in it too. And if you use fat free yogurt, all the better!! Plus, it's good for digestion :) - 2/28/08

I only had the pineapple tidbits, not the crushed and they are great in this. - 2/26/08

I made this recipe and also a similar version of this, except the one I made called for angel food cake. This is a very delicious, light dessert! - 2/19/08
