1 acorn sqaush 1/2 cup of apple1/2 shredded carrots 1/3 chopped walnuts 1 tsp olive oil3/4 c chicken broth pinch of dillpinch of saltpinch of pepper1 Cup of coucous1/2cup of parsley1 squeeze of lemon
Take 1 acorn sqaush and cut it in half. scoop out seeds. Put sqaush in pan with the 1 tsp of olive oil and 3/4 cup of chicken broth or veggie broth , pinch of salt and pepper. Add pinch of dill herb. Cover pan with foil and cook in 350 degrees for 30 mins. Then on stovetop cook 1 cup of coucous to directions on box, add 1/2 of carrots, 1/3 cup of walnuts, 1/2 cup of apples, 1/2 of parsley and squeeze juice of a lemon to your liking, cook for 5 mins , take out pan from oven and add the coucous with other ingredients into each half of the acorn sqaush till they're stuff to the tops and recover them and put back into the oven for 25 mins till they are soft. Enjoy!!
