Pear Cake

Ingredients
*can of no sugar added pear slices, drained1 c splenda brown sugar mix for baking 1 cup apple sauce, unsweetened2 eggs3 c self rising flour2 tsp pumpkin pie spice1 c chopped walnuts1 cup coconut (optional)1 tsp almond extract * substitute 2 cups pealed, sliced fresh pears for canned
Directions
Mix dry ingredients with mixer, stirring in nuts and coconut by hand last. Grease and flour a 13X9 pan and bake cake at 350 for one hour and 10 minutes. Cut into 16 slices.
