Moist Low Calorie Banana Bread

stevia, unsweetened applesauce, wheat flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, vanilla extract, bananas, egg, PAM
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix dry ingredients in bowl, pour into baking dish (less to clean later).
3. Mix ripe bananas (mashed), applesauce, vanilla, and egg in bowl. Stir in applesauce.
4. Stir dry mixture into the bowl (add chocolate chips or nuts now, if using).
5. Spray 8x4 loaf pan with PAM and pour dough in.
6. Bake on middle rack for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Serving Size: Makes 16 half inch slices
