Ingredients
2 lbs. Tyson Ground Chicken3-5.5 oz. cans V8 low sodium Original1 can pinto beans (rinsed and drained)1 can light red kidney beans (rinsed and drained)2 pouches Lawry's chili seasoning1 onion-chopped1 green pepper-chopped6 plum tomatoes-chopped2 cups water
Directions
Brown ground chicken, onions and green pepper. Add seasoning, water, beans and plum tomatoes. Simmer for 30 minutes.
