Raw Dehydrated Walnut Zucchini Crackers

2.5 cups walnuts, soaked 2 hours, rinsed & drained2.5 cups zucchini.5 cup flax seeds, ground.25 hemp hearts2 teaspoons sea salt.5 cup (or more) water
Pulse process drained walnuts and zucchini separately until the texture of couscous. Place in large mixing bowl, add other dry ingredients, mixing well. Add enough water until the mixture is of spreading consistency. Spread evenly on dehydrator sheet (with liner). Dry for 1 hour at 115 degrees, then at 105 degrees until crisp. After 4 hours or when mixture has dried enough to stay together, make cutting lines (indentations) so that crackers will snap apart into desired portions when dry.
