steel cut oats & quinoa breakfast

Ingredients
1/2 cup quinoa1/2 cup steel cut oats1/4 cup ground flax seed2 Tbsp cinnamon1/2 cup raisins2 1/2 cups water
Directions
Mix all ingredients in oven-safe bowl. Place on silicone mat (or on top of crunched up tin foil) in bottom of crock pot. Make sure bowl is not resting directly on bottom or touching sides. Fill rest of crock pot with water so the water comes at least half-way up the bowl. Cook on low overnight - usually 8-10 hours. Add 1 Tbsp brown sugar to each serving (included in recipe's calorie count).
