Ingredients
100% Natural Oats Quick Oats, 2.5 cupYogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, 1 cupEgg, fresh, 2 largeTruvia 2 TBSPBaking Powder, 1.5 tspBaking Soda, .5 tspBanana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
Directions
Place all items in a food processor or blender. Blend until very smooth. Spoon into sprayed muffin tins. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
