Cheese Pizza with Whole Wheat Crust

Ingredients
1 loaf Rhodes Stone Ground 100% Whole Wheat frozen bread dough, thawed2 tsp Olive Oil2 Tbsp Corn Meal3/4 cup Green Mill Classic Pizza Sauce8 oz Shredded Mozarella Cheese (part skim)2 oz Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Lightly coat a jelly roll pan or pizza stone with olive oil and sprinkle with corn meal. Place dough in center of pan and roll out with a small rolling pin, or press and stretch with hands to completely cover bottom and edges of pan. Poke several holes into dough with a fork. Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough and top with mozarella and then parmesan cheese. Bake in a 400 degree oven for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and lightly brown around the edges.
