Marys Gluten Free All Purpose Flour

Ingredients
3 parts brown rice flour3 parts corn starch2 parts soy flour, sorghum or garvava flour1 part masa harina
Directions
Measure each ingredient separately.
I use cups for the "parts".
Combine and mix thoroughly, making sure there is no streaking or clumping.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Serving Size: Yield 2 1/4 cup usable flour
