Rhubarb & Apple Oat Crumble

Ingredients
8 Stalks Rhubarb, diced4 Apples, sliced, skin on8 tsp Splenda50gm Butter8 tsp Splenda1 cup dry rolled oats1/2 cup dessicated coconut1/2 cup flour1 Tbsp cinnamon
Directions
Gently cook apple and rhubarb together until soft. Add Splenda, turn into shallow oven proof dish.
Melt the butter, pour into the dry ingredients and stir until mixed through, sprinkle over the fruit.
Bake 180 degrees C for 30 minutes or until golden and crunchy on top.
