Low fat, low calorie protein pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup Flour1/2 cup wheat flour2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt2 tablespoons ground flaxseed1/2 scoop whey protein powder vanilla flavor3/4 cup Skim milk4 egg whites only2 tablespoon unsweetened applesauce
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Add wet ingredients just until incorporated. Do not over mix.

I cook my on an electric skillet. preheated to 350 degrees. cook until edges look dry and bubbly then flip.
