Preheat oven to 375°; bake muffins 20-25 minutesMix dry ingredients in a large bowl (well). In a separate bowl mix moist ingredients until well blended.Put the two bowls together. Mix until all dry ingr. are moist, but don't over mix. Scoop out mix & add to Muffin pans with cupcake liners (about 1/2 full).Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes; yummy when warm out of the oven. Makes 12 servings (muffins)
