Sweet Potato and Tomato Soup

Ingredients
14 Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, medium whole (2-3/5" dia)Garlic, 4 tsps5 Sweet potato, 5" long Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Olive Oil, 2 tbsp 4 cups of water
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil
Add 12 tomatoes diced, and 4 sweet potato diced with 4 cups of water. Add red pepper spices (25 on my grider) and salt to taste

Cook for 45 - 60 min , puree and bottle

Simmer for 45 min and puree

Serving Size: 500 ml
