Low-fat Corn Bread

Ingredients
1 c flour1 c cornmeal2 tbsp sugar2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt2 egg whites1 c fat-free milk1/4 c unsweetened apple sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees, grease 9-inch baking pan.
In large bowl, combine all dry ingredients. In seperate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Stir into dry ingredients until just moistened.
Pour into baking pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted into center.
