My Slow Cooker Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 cup Steel Cut Oatmeal4 cups water1/2 cup brown sugar1 tsp vanilla1/2 cup raisins1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Spray cooker with nonstick spray.
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours.

Six servings.

    I am excited to try this recipe ... Every morning I go through McDs and get their oatmeal w/o the brown sugar. I LOVE it and eat it like ice cream. I think if I add the chopped apples like BABY-G1 and throw in a few cranberries with the raisins, it will be just about right. - 2/4/11
