Finnish Pancakes

Ingredients
3 eggs2 cups milk1/4 tsp vanilla extract1/4 cup sugar3/4 cup flour1/4 tsp saltButter
Directions
1. Mix wet ingredients throughly

2. Mix dry ingredients in a seperate bowl.

3. Combine wet & dry ingredients mix very well. (You may have to continue mixing through the cooking process).

4. Place about 1/4 cup of the mixture into a well buttered pan. Flip when golden brown.

5. Stir mixture well before creating the next pancake, ensuring bottom is mixed in well.

6. Repeat until mixture is gone.

Makes 6-8 pancakes.
