Curried Rice with Peas

Ingredients
3 cups cooked medium grain Brown Rice6 generous sprays I Can't Believe Its Not Butter, Garlic and Herb flavor spray2 tbsp Curry Powder (if serving for kids, use half)3 tsp minced Garlic2 tsp ground Ginger1/2 pkg Frozen Peas
Directions
In a 10 inch skillet over medium heat, add butter spray and rice. Stir fry for 3 minutes, then add curry, ginger, and garlic. Stir fry for 3 more minutes, add peas and stir fry till warmed through, aprox 4-6 min. Add cheese, and stir well to combine, till cheese melts through.

Remove from heat and serve.

Makes six side dish servings, 3-4 if main dish
