buckwheat/whole wheat pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup Buckwheat flour1 cup + 2 tbsp Whole Wheat Flour 2 tbsp sugar3 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda2 cups 0.5% milk2 eggs1/4 cup oil
Directions
Stir together dry ingredients. Add wet and stir just until lumps disappear.
Scoop 1/4 cup amounts onto seasoned cast iron pan or griddle. Bake until bubbles form and edges are dry. Turn over and cook for 1 minute.
