Ingredients
Literally a fix it & forget it dinner. Open cans, drain the beans, corn, chicken & tomatoes, add to the broth and 2 full cans of condensed chicken & rice soup. Heat & serve, garnished w/ a dollop of light sour cream & shredded cheese if desired.
Directions
can substitute chicken breast w/ canned white meat chicken packed in water, that's why the short prep time. if using actual chicken breast meat, cook time is approx 30 mins- super fast & easy, good soup
