Low-Fat Biscotti

Ingredients
2 c. flour1/3 c. sugar2 tsp. baking powder4 Tbsp. butter, cold3 egg whites1 tsp. vanilla extract1 tsp. almond extract1/4 c. almonds, chopped1/4 c. mini chocolate chips
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, and baking powder. Cut in butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Form into 2 logs appro. 9x2. Place them on a baking sheet and cook for about 25 mins. Cool for 10 mins and then slice each log into 12 equal pieces. Place back onto baking sheet and cook for 10 mins and turn over each cookie and cook for 10 more mins. Cool on a wire rack until cool and hard. Then place into an air-tight container.
