Buckwheat Yogurt Peach Muffins

Ingredients
-1 cup Buckwheat Flour( can use whole wheat flour)-1/4 cup wheat bran-1 tsp Baking powder-1 tsp Baking soda-1 tsp cinnamon-1 beaten egg white- 1 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt( can use peach flavored for more sweetness)- 1 tbsp canola oil-3 tbsp brown sugar/ honey( 1/4 cup for sweeter)-1 large peach( 2 cups)
Directions
1. Preheat oven at 350 F( 180 C)
2. Combine dry and liquid separately
3. Pour liquid into dry and fold in chopped peaches
4. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes
