Spicy Avacado Tuna Salad

Ingredients
1 Whole Avocado1/2 cup diced tomatoes1/4 cup finely chopped onions2 Tbsp of Lime Juice (1 Lime)1/4 cup (2 oz.) of plain greek yogurt 2 Tbsp of shredded Parmesan cheese1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper (optional)5.2 oz. of chunk light tuna (2-2.6 oz. pouches)
Directions
-Combine avocado, tomatoes, onions, and Cayenne pepper in a medium bowl.
-Stir in cheese and microwave for 15-20 seconds.
-Stir in lime juice, yogurt, and tuna.
-Chill in refrigerator until cold or serve as is.

Serve on toasted bread, in a tortilla, or just by itself!

Serving Size: makes 2 large servings, or about 4 servings as a side dish
