Elle's Lasagna Roll-ups

Ingredients
*Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles, 12Spinach, fresh, 8 cupsRicotta Cheese, part skim milk, 2 cups*Classico Florentine Spinach & Cheese Pasta Sauce, 3 cups*Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 16 ozsParmesan Cheese, shredded, 6 tbsps
Directions
Boil and cool noodles. Wilt spinach with some garlic. Mix ricotta into spinach. Spoon cheese/spinach mixture onto laid out noodles, and roll. Place in baking pan.

Brown turkey and drain. Stir in pasta sauce. Spoon sauce over roll-ups. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy.
