Olive Oil, 3 tbspOnions, 3 cup, chopped----Potato, baker, 1 large chopped into 1/4" cubesJalapeno Pepper, 1 pepper, mincedGarlic, 3 cloves----Chicken Breast, no skin, 24 ouncesSweet Corn, fresh or frozen, 4 cupTomatoes, 2 plum tomato, choppedParsley, .25 cup, chopped finelyChicken Broth, 4 cupMilk, 2%, 1.5 cup
Saute the onions in the oil until tender, add the potato, jalapeno, and garlic and cook for a couple more minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes
