Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
12 oz salmon (fillet)2 teaspoons yellow mustard2 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce 2 oz hazlenuts, crushed 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Foil line a baking sheet. In a nut chopper, crush hazlenuts until fine. Spread soy sauce evenly over salmon fillet, and season with lemon pepper. Spread mustard over fillet, making sure all is covered with thin layer. Next sprikle finely chopped haslenuts over top. Bake in over for about 25 minutes, until salmon flakes and nuts are goledn brown.
