Greek Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia) Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber Feta Cheese, .66 cup, crumbled President's Choice Quinoa (Organics) (1 package)Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Greek Feta Dressing
Directions
Prepare 1 package of Quinoa according to instructions on box. Refrigerate until cooled.

Dice a tomato, cut the cucumber into slices, and then into quarters.

Mix feta, dressing, quinoa, cucumber and tomato together and serve.
