Ingredients
Ground beef, extra lean, 3 oz Onions, raw, 1 small Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Curry powder, 1 tbsp Ginger powder 1/2 tsp Tomatoes, red, ripe, medium Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp Brown Rice long grain
Directions
slice and fry onions, add crushed garlic, add beef and ginger, brown, add cabbage and stir fry into the pan with curry powder, and sea salt for seasoning. add the tomatoes and cilantro and let it simmer until cabbage is tender.
Serve over brown rice
