Reduced fat Zucchini Banana Bread

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups sugar3 eggs3 cups flour3 teaspoons vanilla.5 cup oil2 cups zucchini, grated1 cup ripe banana, mashed1/4 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon baking soda1/4 teaspoon baking powder3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, pour into 7 mini loaf pans (or two regular sized loaf pans)
Bake for 45-60 minutes (45 for mini loaves, 60 for regular sized loaves)
