Ingredients
Ingredients:Egg, fresh, 10 large*Sargento Mexican Blend Cheese, 1 cupSpinach, fresh, 1.5 cupOnions, raw, .5 cup, chopped*bell pepper, red, sweet, raw*Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 3 ozPepper, red or cayenne, 1 tspSalt, 2 tspGarlic powder, 2 tsp
Directions
Spray Muffin tin with cooking spray. Layer veg and cheese in muffin cups. Top with beaten milk, spice, and eggs. Cook 30 mins at 350* or until lightly browned. Store in ziploc bag in fridge and microwave briefly before consuming.
