1 box sugar free jello (Flavor your choice)1 (8 oz) package cream cheese1/2 cup sour cream1 cup whipping cream2 tsp splenda
Prepare Jell-o as directed on box. When almost set, beat with a electric mixer until thick and creamy. Beat in cream cheese and sour cream. Beat whipping cream and Splenda until soft peaks form. Fold into Jell-o mixture, allow to marble. Spoon into dessert dishes and chill for 2 hours.

I made this today, but I didn't have any sour cream so I skipped it. It still turned out well. Next time I will cream my creamed cheese more because the end product has lumps of cream cheese in it, which my hubby and I don't mind, but the kids aren't keen on. It was a nice sweet low carb treat! - 7/14/10
