Ingredients
*Chia Seed, 1/4 cupCoconut Milk, 3/4 cup *Brown Rice Syrup, 1 teaspoonCinnamon, ground, 1 teaspoon*Almond Extract, 1/2 teaspoonStrawberries, fresh, 5 medium (1-1/4" dia)
Directions
there is no actual cooking necessary in this recipe. Simply slice up some strawberries, mix the ingredients, and if you'd like it to have that pretty pink color, toss it in a blender to mix some of the berries into the recipe. This also will give you a more consistent taste throughout, tho I also like to slice some whole berries right on top. Then place the bowl in the fridge to thicken while you clean up, and breakfast is served! This has a high fiber, potassium and protein content!

Serving Size: makes 1 large bowl of chia seed pudding or 2 smaller servings
