Homemade Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef, Lean1 cups Carrots, raw & sliced1 cup Celery, raw & sliced1 cup onion, chopped2 cups fresh sweet corn (or frozen)4 large Potatos, peeled, raw & chopped1 - 15oz can tomato sauce1 - 15oz can Stewed or diced tomatoes1 pkg French's Chili-o Seasoning Mix3 - 4 cups waterSalt & pepper to tasteItalian seasoning to taste
Directions
In large stock pot, brown lean ground beef and add onion and finish browning, then drain any grease. Add all remaining ingredients and cook on medium/high heat for 2 hours or until carrots, potatoes & celery are tender.
