Green Soup for Fall

Ingredients
Cut tops off two bunches of broccoli2 cups of homemade chicken brothtwo handsful of deep green raw spinach1-2 cups of watersalt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Cook broccoli flowerets in broth and water until nearly tender. Add spinach, stir and wait a bit until the spinach wilts and the broccoli is quite tender. Take off the heat. Allow to cool 5-10 minutes, then use immersion blender (or jar blender) to make a smooth, creamy soup.
