Cream of Mushroom Beef (without egg noodles)

Ingredients
3lbs of beef chuck (stew beef)2 cans of cream of mushroom soup1 packet of Lipton's Dry Onion soup/dip Mixwater
Directions
Put beef chuck in a roasting pan. Pour two cans of cream of mushroom soup over beef chuck and mix together. Sprinkle 1 packet of lipton's dry onion soup over beef chuck and soup. Pour in just enough water to simmer beef in, about an eighth to a quarter inch of water in pan. Cover with tin foil and cook in oven 2-3 hours at 350 degrees.
