Portabella Pizza

Ingredients
1 Giant Portabello Mushroom1/3 Cup Marinara Sauce1 Slice Onion (1/4" thick) Chopped1 Slice Turkey Bacon (crumbled)1 tsp Olive Oil1 oz Mozerella Cheese
Directions
Wash giant portabella mushroom and scoop out underside around stem and break off stem to make flat surface. It should look like a mini pizza crust. Brush cap of mushroom with olive oil. Pour marinara sauce into portabella pizza crust. Sprinkle cheese, onion, and bacon on top. Bake in oven/toaster oven for 15 mins at 400 degrees.
