Salmon Patties

Ingredients
3 8 oz cans of Salmon1 onion diced 3 eggs (1 eg per can of salmon)1/2 cup of whole wheat flour
Directions
Preheat oven at 400 degrees
put 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil in baking pan.

Mix all ingredients together create 4 oz patties
Place in baking pan--put in oven.
Back in oven for approximately 30-45 minutes or until patties are brown.
