Ingredients
1 16-oz can low-fat or vegetarian refried beans1 pack taco seasoning1 cup guacamole1 cup sour cream1 cup salsa1 cup shredded cheese1 cup shredded lettuce0.5 cup sliced black olives1 cup diced tomatoes
Directions
Mix the refried beans and taco seasoning
Layer the ingredients in the following order:
Refried Beans
Guacamole
Sour cream
Salsa
Shredded cheese
Shredded lettuce
Black olives
Diced tomatoes

An 8 x 8 inch square pan works nicely and yields approximately 12 0.5-cup servings
