Ingredients
egg white, fresh, 3 largeEgg, fresh, 1 largeBroccoli, cooked, 0.75 cup, choppedOnions, raw, .5 cup, choppedGreen Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, stripsSpinach, fresh, 1 cupMushrooms, cooked, .25 cup piecesCoconut Oil, 1.5 1tspRosemary, 1 tbspParsley, 1 tbsp
Directions
Mince, Chop, and slice veggies. Heat up coconut oil then cook all of the veggies first. Once the veggies have reduced in size add salt and spices. Next whisk in eggs. Cook over medium heat.
