Directions
Cook rice to make 1 cup using the chicken broth. Set aside.
Cube chicken breast and saute in 1 tbs butter and 2 cloves garlic pressed.
Continue cooking until the meat is white through.
Chop all vegetables and add to chicken mixture.
Add Stir Fry Sauce. Saute until vegetables are tender but still firm.
Add cooked rice and saute until hot.
