Breakfast Meatballs Low Carb

Ingredients
4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded2 large eggs1 lb pork sausage1 Tbs chopped onion, minced½ lb lean ground beef
Directions
Combine all ingredients and pepper to taste in a bowl, and mix thoroughly.
Portion into 1 Tbs balls, freeze on baking sheet.
